Workflow and Information Tracking System (WITS) is a powerful web-based tracking system which empowers your organization to efficiently manage critical tasks, issues and requests. It is a highly configurable system that can easily adapt to your specific business requirements and needs.

WITS is ideal for managing your key projects, IT helpdesk, customer relationship and software development. It is used by customer support team, IT managers, project managers, consultants, systems administrators, developers, sales team and marketing departments.


WITS Features

  • Email and SMS Notifications
    Notifications through emails and SMS will be sent whenever an issue is posted, updated, deleted, restored, or closed. Notification may also be sent upon completion of configured action items. This is probably the most important feature because it ensures that users are always informed. Moreover, this feature enables them to respond to critical issues as quickly as possible.
  • File Attachments
    Files can be attached to a particular issue.
  • Issue and Request RestorationIssue and Request History Logging
    All actions applied on a particular issue will be logged in the database. In addition to that, the user will be allowed to add additional comments for further information. This feature will provide a way to track records of a particular issue by providing pertinent information such as the action done, the time the action was done and who performed the action.
  • Issue and Request RestorationDeleted issues are placed in the "trash bin" instead of removing it from the database. By doing this, users have a chance to restore deleted issues.
  • Issue and Request Reporting
    This feature allows users to view and analyze issues. Status reports of issues can be generated based on a specific date.
  • Security, Role and User Management
    WITS enables project managers to define roles of each user. The authorization of users and their respective roles can be modified to control access to different business processes of a particular project. All users that are added to a specific role inherit all the rights of that role.
  • Configuration Features
    Dropdown lists, email templates, SMS templates, history log templates, and workflows can be customized according to the organization's workflow and requirements. With its configuration features, users will be notified of all the posted issues or requests via emails or SMS. In addition, logs are also created for every user action.

    WITS is highly configurable which enables customization of project management procedure such as issue resolution and request handling.
  • WITS workflow
    WITS enables project managers to automate the critical areas in project management which includes issue resolution. This allows them to define action items or steps to be done in resolving the issue. In addition, relationship and sequence of these steps may also be defined.
