Sr. IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, establish and mobilize the project or part of project at start-up.
• Develop and maintain a Project Specification for project(s) assigned
• Coordinate with Project Team regarding Installation plan & design inspection and verification
• Establish applicable systems control and documentation
• Manage/ supervise construction/ installation works
• Ensure project deliverables are on target and elevate probable issues that may be attributed with identified constraints.
• Ensure resources are fully utilized within the project life cycle.
• Liaison with the Customer, Customer representatives, Sub-contractors, and project support units to act on problems and risks within the project.
• Coordination with customer/ supplier/ project team regarding contractual matters, technical solutions, change orders, and client interfacing within the project.
• Progress Reporting as required and specified for each project.
• Motivation, encouragement, and team building of and with subordinates and sub-contractors within the project organization.
• De-mobilization, project conclusion, and final reporting at project finish.
• Development of project management in general, all in terms of tools, routines, and guidelines for Project Implementation and Management.

SUMMARY:

The IT Project Manager position will handle New Projects starting from the inception phase to the deployment stage (Project Life Cycle). Will function as liaison with identified teams including IT group, Internal & External customers and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in handling complex IT Project Management from a Global IT Consulting Company
• Involvement with application development
• Good Managerial Skills
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience utilizing any of the ff. technologies:
  SAP, JAVA, Microsoft .Net, Oracle Applications/DBA, Cobol/Mainframe/AS400, Unix Systems, Infrastructure Management, Quality Management, Information Management
• Familiar with other window-based applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Familiar with MS Project
• Must have experience in leading or managing a team
• Good analytical ability, presentation skills and leadership traits
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently
• Project Management skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
