IDM Master Product Suite

Be in control. Empower your HR system with IDMM.

IDM Master Product Suite (IDMM) is an enterprise-HR tool designed to complement SAP's Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution. It is a Mini-SAP application that automates HR major processes that are currently performed manually by a System/Basis/HR Administrator.

IDM Features

It creates an Enterprise Portal User ID and password when an employee is hired into SAP.
Informs the employee of his user id and password by generating a workflow email that is sent to the employee.
Allows a user to look up his user id if forgotten.
Allows a user to re-set his password without assistance from the help desk.
Assigns the appropriate Enterprise Portal security authorization roles to the employee User ID.
Disables all access when an employee leaves the company (via termination/separation action).
Notifies anybody (employee, line manager, hr admin) via email, application log and/or workflow notification accessible using SAP R/3 inbox or portal universal work list.

Other Features

The SAP user master record is updated.
Infotype 105 is updated with the User ID.
User access information is exported to LDAP.

The Identity Management Product Suite consists of the following products that can be implemented individually or in combination.

IDM-No Touch
Automates the end-to-end business process of setting up User ID's, password and user master records in SAP with the correct authorizations for the company's Enterprise Portal and self service applications.
IDM-InControl
Allows manual execution of the processes and actions automatically performed when using IDM-NoTouch. It can also be used to set-up Enterprise Portal access for non-employees.
IDM-SelfService
Provides employees with the ability to look-up their User ID and re-set their password on-line without assistance from a Help Desk.
