How We Work

The success of every journey rests in the
 reliability of its road map, and SSIP
  professionals rely on project management
 methods that work. SSIP fuses its own software development tools by leveraging the power of SAP and our efficient methodologies, creating an implementation structure that will outdistance any competition. Here's how we do it:

• PHASE I: Our Preparation
  We figure out your full project requirements through discussion and interaction. Through this, we do away with miscommunication, mismanagement, and unnecessary meetings. We then outline the solution, merge and rank requirements, and define the creative and technical scopes of the project.
• PHASE II : Business Blueprint
  The business blueprint is the foundation for success in every SSIP project. It is here that conceptual designs for all business processes are identified and documented. Focus is on the key processes. This approach minimizes billable hours in the early phases and maximizes the use of proven best practices inherent within.
• PHASE III : Realization
  We send the project through quality assurance and usability testing for performance and to ensure that we have met all requirements defined earlier in our methodology. The completed functional site is then previewed for the client. This phase also includes course development for end user training and knowledge transfer among team members.
• PHASE IV : Final Preparation
  This is a comprehensive integration-testing phase. This three-point testing process includes:
• Integration within all HR sub-modules,
• Integration within HR and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO), and;
• Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• All technical and functional issues are resolved here before final approval. End user training is conducted, final requirements are configured and custom programs, if needed, are developed and tested. Data migration is also completed during this phase.
• PHASE V : Go-Live and Support
  Lastly, the system is deployed to the user community. Production support is finalized during this phase and issues are resolved according to deadline. The client may wish to establish ongoing support with SSIP by either extending the engagement on site or through our Remote Consulting Program.
